We're looking for a Chinese Speciality Chef to join our culinary team in Dublin - someone with deep expertise in authentic Chinese cuisine, an eye for detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional food at volume without ever compromising on quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production and development of Chinese specialty meals, bringing authenticity and consistency to every dish.
• Collaborate with the Menu Development team to create and present innovative Chinese menu concepts to customers.
• Build strong customer relationships, understanding their specific requirements and translating them into outstanding food.
• Contribute to food projects as part of our global Group Culinary Excellence programme.
• Keep pace with evolving trends in Chinese cuisine through our SPICE programme.
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP and all food safety regulations.
• Manage the administrative side of the role accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience as a Chef, with a minimum of 7 years specializing in Chinese cuisine.
• Demonstrable expertise across regional Chinese cooking styles and techniques.
• 1-3 years in a supervisory capacity within a high-volume food production, catering or restaurant environment.
• A passion for authentic food and the desire to keep evolving your craft.
• In-flight catering or high-volume food service experience is a real advantage.
