Overview:

Mastercard Move is Mastercard's portfolio of money movement capabilities powering a variety of payment experiences, from individual payments to disbursements. Mastercard Move's services-including Mastercard Cross-Border Services and Mastercard Send solutions-enable money to move quickly and safely, both domestically and internationally, reaching nearly 10 billion endpoints and providing access to over 95% of the world's banked population.

The role oversees all product management activities for Mastercard Cross-border Services in Europe and supports the Business Development team in the commercialization of MOVE.

The Mastercard Move Europe team is seeking an experienced Product Manager (L8) to support product management activities for Mastercard Cross-border Services in Europe.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the Regional Business Development Team in the commercialization of MOVE, collaborating with local account management teams, customer solutions centers, and other regional/global teams (e.g., customer delivery, compliance).

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with the business development teams to support the commercialization of Mastercard Move across the region.
2. Support onboarding and launch activities for newly signed customers.
3. Assist in developing sales collateral related to the product (e.g., FSMs, MSM).
4. Assess the market landscape, including use cases, key players, and competition, to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
5. Liaise with the Global team to incorporate regional needs (e.g., new use cases) and support the implementation and enforcement of global initiatives.
6. Track, report on KPIs, and prepare documents for senior management.
7. Collaborate with the regional team to develop marketing and communication activities to enhance the visibility and footprint of Transfer Solutions.

• Knowledge of Cross Border Payments and Card Payments is a plus.
• Proficiency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
