What you'll do as a Specialist Neurodevelopment Practitioner
  • Conduct high-quality autism assessments using gold standard assessment tools such as ADOS and ADI-R
  • Deliver assessments for children, young people and adults
  • Use your clinical expertise and judgement, providing accurate diagnosis and post diagnostic recommendations
  • Collaborate with a highly-skilled MDT
  • Produce well-written clinical reports with dedicated admin time to keep on top of your workload
  • Provide meaningful feedback and recommendations for clients
  • Contribute to the development of the service

What we are looking for
  • Clinical/Counselling/Forensic/Occupational/Education Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Speech and Language Therapy
  • Relevant registration with HCPC, NMC or SWE, SCW or SSSC
  • Formal training in and experience delivering ADOS and ADI-R assessments, ideally online
  • Ideally you will have assessed both children and adults
  • High level of written and verbal communication
  • Excellent knowledge of NICE guidelines and DSM-5 criteria
