Are you a passionate SEND Teacher ready to make a real impact? Our client, a forward-thinking school in Slough, is looking for an experienced SEND professional with QTS to join their inclusive and supportive team.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet individual pupil needs
• Support learners with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech & language challenges, and moderate learning difficulties
• Develop and implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, families, and external agencies
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Track progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise pupil success

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching pupils with SEND
• Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and EHCP process
• Confident with differentiated curriculum planning
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• Patient, resilient, and committed to inclusion
