Special Education Case Manager Long Term Substitute

Overview

Marston School is seeking a long-term substitute for a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher and Case Manager to support students in grades 3-5 for the 2025-26 school year. This is a long-term substitute position.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with diverse learning needs.
• Support students to thrive academically and socially.
• Oversee Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with general education teachers.
• Communicate with families to monitor student progress and ensure compliance with special education laws and best practices.

Qualifications

• Certification or licensure in Special Education (Elementary).
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with families and staff.
