Responsibilities:- Administer, configure, and maintain the X system.- Manage and optimize key modules (GECO, Debtors, BPE, AbaReport, E-Business Suite).- Support and train internal staff.- Ensure updates, patches, and developments of the system.- Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data.- Collaborate closely with business teams to improve processes.- Document procedures and best practices.Requirements:- Proven experience in managing and implementing Abacus ERP and its key modules.- Good understanding of financial processes and internal workflows.- Proficiency in ERP and e-business solutions.- Analytical mindset, service-oriented approach, and ability to work cross-functionally.- Good French language skills, with proficiency in German or English.- Experience in a Swiss environment or in the financial services sector is a strong advantage. jiddfba989aen jit0311aen jpiy26aen
