Spanish and Italian Speaking Customer Service Specialist 
Languages Required:
Fluent Spanish (essential), good level of Italian and English
Location:
London (Zone 2) - Hybrid role (office days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Salary:
£32,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + benefits
Join a world-leading exporter of some of the most recognised global luxury brands. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small, international and friendly team, providing B2B customer support across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Place and manage customer product orders
- Respond to client queries and find effective resolutions
- Communicate and coordinate with agents, distributors, and B2B clients
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Work with couriers and freight companies to ensure delivery efficiency
- Oversee export operations in assigned territories
- Support the Export Sales Team with admin and logistics
- Fluent in Spanish with strong Italian and English language skills
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritise, manage pressure, and meet deadlines
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
