A vacancy is expected specialising in two areas: Space Segment Verification, and Firmware/DSP.
About you
The successful applicant will be able to undergo security clearance, preferably with experience working within MOD projects or for government suppliers. Whilst the role is largely hybrid there will be a requirement to visit client and suppliers sites to assure their activity.
You are also a confident and experienced systems engineer with a knowledge of DSP or satcom payload design; who is able to challenge suppliers on technical problems as well as explain complex topics to non specialists.
You will also be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills in a technical environment and building consensus and build well thought out technical arguments.

This requires:

Areas of particular attention are in digital signal processing, hence experience with modems, digital RF, Radar, etc. would be desirable.
