The UK Customer Operations team in the EMEA Central is expanding its Merchandising team, delivering Space & Assortment and Price & Promotions projects to customers. We're looking for a Space Planning Consultant with practical experience in Space Planning Solutions and Category Management experience.

A Space Planning Consultant will master customer-specific configurations, solve customer challenges, and equip them with the most optimized system possible. Combining your experience with our software modules, you will advise and guide the customer to deliver measurable value.

Your role would involve working with German customers, ensuring customer business benefits are achieved by understanding their use cases and applying RELEX best practices. This is an ideal role for an experienced Space Management individual who wants to expand their horizons and contribute to building a success story.

• Deliver customer projects independently using the RELEX project process
• Work closely with customers to understand their use cases
• Solve complex problems to fulfill customer requirements
• Configure our platforms for customer-specific needs
• Collaborate with internal and customer teams to validate customer data
• Train customers and be the recognized subject matter expert
• Work closely with technical teams and project managers
• Provide hands-on consulting and product expertise for new retail customers

• Experienced Space Planner
• Fluent communication skills in both English and German
• Structured and analytical professional
• Agile mindset and ability to adjust to a changing environment
• Capability to interact confidently with customer teams
• Ability to independently drive progress with a holistic mindset
• Team player enjoying working with people from different backgrounds
• Ability to map customer requirements and translate those into software configuration
