What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the day to day running of the Forum Spa & Ocius treatmentspaces
• Delivering and inspiring 5 standards intreatments, service, and presentation
• Leading and supporting a team of therapists,ensuring smooth, efficient operations
• Managing scheduling, stock control, admin tasks,and treatment bookings
• Handling guest feedback with professionalism andcare
• Taking an active leadership role-team communication, development,briefings
• Stepping up as Duty Manager in the absence ofsenior spa leadership
• Performing treatments to luxury brand standards

What We're Looking For

• At least 18 months' experience as a Senior Spa Therapist
• VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
• A confident communicator and natural teammotivator
• Strong organisational skills and experience inspa operations
• Ability to deliver and uphold impeccable 5 treatment standards
• Experience with stock control and spa/salonsoftware systems
• Desirable: experience in a luxury 5 spa, hot stones, advanced beauty skills, Elemistraining, leadership experience, or exposure to large spa teams.
