Part Time Spa Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and members to the spa
• Make spa bookings
• Upsell treatments and spa products
• Conduct spa show rounds
• Cash up and handle general reception duties
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain high spa standards

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Passion for service excellence
• Knowledge of Premier Spa reservations systems a distinct advantage, though not essential (full training will be provided)
