We are looking for an inspiring Spa Operations Manager to join our Spa leadership team - someone who thrives on being present, visible and truly connected to both guests and colleagues. This is a hands on, floor based leadership role, perfect for a natural host who enjoys leading from the front rather than from behind a desk.

Reporting to the Spa Director, you will play a central role in the daily life of the Spa, spending the majority of your time within the reception and treatment areas. You will support teams in real time, elevate the guest journey as it unfolds, and ensure every detail reflects the calm confidence and precision expected of the Bvlgari brand.

This role offers a unique balance of people leadership, operational excellence and guest connection. You will coach and mentor reception and therapist teams, oversee seamless daily operations, support retail performance, and act as a trusted leader in the absence of the Spa Director. Above all, you will help create an environment where both guests and colleagues feel genuinely cared for.

Key Responsibilities

• Being a visible, supportive leader on the Spa floor, guiding teams throughout the day
• Ensuring a warm, seamless and memorable guest journey from arrival to departure
• Supporting reception and therapist teams during busy periods and complex situations
• Upholding impeccable standards across treatment rooms, guest areas and back of house spaces
• Encouraging retail excellence through confident product knowledge and service led selling
• Coordinating training, SOPs and brand standards to support consistency and growth
• Building strong relationships with external partners and suppliers
• Stepping into the Spa Director role when required, with confidence and discretion

What We Are Looking For

You will bring proven experience in a spa operations or management role within a luxury hotel or premium wellness environment, with a track record of delivering operational excellence and inspiring high performing teams.

A sophisticated understanding of spa operations - encompassing treatment standards, guest experience, financial performance and people management - is essential. You will be equally at ease with KPIs, staffing models and operational systems as you are delivering personalised service at the highest level.
