Spa & Leisure Managers Overview:

To manage the Spa & Leisure facilities to the high standards expected at Tylney Hall Hotel, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring the effective operation of all facilities, including retail, and maximising revenue and financial contribution to the business

Spa & Leisure Manager's Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Spa and Leisure Department.


• Lead, support and develop the Spa and Leisure team.


• Manage rotas, staffing, holidays and departmental coverage.


• Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness and presentation.


• Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene and operational procedures.


• Oversee treatments, leisure facilities, pool operations and equipment.


• Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.


• Monitor departmental costs, stock and revenue opportunities.


• Support recruitment, training and performance management.


• Work closely with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
