SPA MANAGER Permanent Birmingham OTE £39,000

A Typical Day as a Spa Manager:
  • Oversee the daily operation of the spa, ensuring a seamless, luxurious and relaxing experience for all guests
  • Lead, motivate and manage a team of qualified therapists and support staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise spa revenue and enhance client satisfaction
  • Deliver a range of spa treatments when required, including massages, facials, manicures and pedicures, tailored to individual guest needs
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and customer service
  • Manage budgets, inventory and staff scheduling to ensure efficient operations
  • Foster a positive, collaborative working environment that supports professional growth and development
What We're Looking For:
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent)
  • KPI-driven with a strong focus on results
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills with a customer centric approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging with clients in person, by phone and via email
  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and initiative
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
  • Previous experience managing a team with a passion for people development
  • Ability to build rapport, trust and credibility
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of premium spa brands and treatments, including ELEMIS
