Rudding Park features the first Roof Top Spa in the UK, offering an exceptional collection of hydrotherapy and thermal experiences. Our twelve treatment rooms provide the setting for world-class treatments, while the Escape Zone offers a peaceful sanctuary for guests to unwind and relax after their treatment. Complementing these facilities are an indoor swimming pool using natural water from the grounds of Rudding Park, a Juniper Log Sauna, a Rasul offering traditional Moorish mud treatments, Retail Therapy, a Hair Studio and a Nail and Beauty Studio creating a distinctive spa destination where relaxation, rejuvenation and exceptional wellbeing come together.

With a strong commercial instinct and confidence in financial performance, you'll identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve productivity and make the most of every part of our Spa offering.

Working alongside our Revenue and Finance teams, you'll use insight, performance data and market understanding to inform decisions and deliver sustainable results. You'll balance investment and innovation with financial discipline, ensuring the Spa continues to thrive without ever losing sight of what matters most to our guests.

The world of wellness is constantly changing, and you'll be excited by what comes next. You'll keep a close eye on emerging trends, changing expectations and new opportunities, bringing relevant ideas into the Spa in ways that feel distinctive to Rudding Park.

You'll build strong relationships across the resort, recognising opportunities to connect the Spa with our wider guest offering and create experiences that encourage people to visit, return and discover something new.

You're an experienced Spa or wellness leader with the strategic vision, commercial confidence and leadership capability to take a successful operation forward. You know how to develop our managers, inspire teams and translate big ideas into practical action.

You're naturally curious, comfortable making decisions and motivated by the opportunity to make a genuine difference. You care about the details, understand the bigger picture and believe that the best results come from combining high standards with fresh thinking.
