Spa Attendant at L'Horizon Hotel and Spa

Overview

The role of our Spa Attendant is to welcome and engage with our guests, delivering exceptional customer service through greeting them on arrival, answering phone calls, responding to emails and booking them in for treatments and classes.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel and spa and treatments on offer and provide thoughtful recommendations, tailored to each guest to help create magical memories.
• Maintain a clean, organised and comfortable environment for Spa guests, ensuring supplies are available at all times.
• Be passionate about going above and beyond for our guests and recognise and skilfully act on opportunities to make the guest experience memorable through offering or suggesting appropriate products and facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment preferable with knowledge of call handling and emails.
• Any fitness qualifications would be a bonus.
