Bring calm, care and confidence to every guestJoin our team as a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard and help create a safe, cleanand tranquil environment for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining the high standards and serene atmosphere of our Aqua Sana Forest Spa.
What you'll be doing- Provide lifeguard support and ensure guest safety at all times
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and ambience through daily spa upkeep and deep cleaning routines
- Support general maintenance to uphold spa presentation and hygiene standards
Please note Trainee candidates must attend a 5-day NPLQ course and employment will be subject to passing the course.

- Part-time contracts available, shifts fall between 6:00am and 9:30pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of48 or 80 hoursover a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes early mornings, evenings and alternate weekends
- RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS Qualification - for Qualified Lifeguards
- Clear communicator with strong time management, attention to detail and initiative
- Ability to build positive relationships across all levels and work well in a team
- Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
As part of the interview process, candidates are required to complete a swim test.
Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
