Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the AHP Administration Team. This post offers an excellent opportunity to support the development of a neuro affirming clinical service focused on early identification and co ordinated support within community settings, with the aim of reducing reliance on specialist diagnostic pathways.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will provide essential day to day administrative support to the clinical team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service. Key responsibilities include: coordinating appointments, preparing patient correspondence, templating clinics, and supporting effective communication between professionals, families and partner organisations. Your contribution will be integral to maintaining consistent, high quality administrative processes throughout the Test of Change period.
QualificationsThe successful candidate will have prior administrative experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. Experience within a health, social care or education setting is desirable. Full training and support will be provided.
