Southern Regional Commercial Leader Growth & Strategy

Hireco is seeking a Regional Commercial Director to lead the Southern region from Purfleet, Essex. You will own commercial strategy, drive revenue, profitability and market share, and deepen key customer relationships across trailers, trucks, LCVs and related services.

The role demands a proven track record in senior sales leadership within transport and fleet sectors, strong financial acumen, and the ability to win long-term contracts while building strategic partnerships.
