full time position circa 40 hours per week (flexibility as to number of hours can be considered)

You will be required to work some split shifts covering breakfast, lunch & dinner service

Must be available to work weekends

A minimum of 2 years experience cooking in a similar establishment is required

Must hold a valid food safety & hygiene certificate at level 2 or above

You will be a valuable member of our small, stable brigade cooking fresh current dishes alongside pub classics in a vibrant historic village. We started growing our own vegetables and fruits at our little farm and polytunnel and we are committed to expanding this year on year.

Along with managing your section, you will be encouraged to provide input with menu planning & design assisting with ordering & helping to keep a clean, tidy & safe workplace.

Fresh, local produce, feature extensively on our menus & all of our desserts are home made.

Possibility of local accommodation and relocation can be arranged by separate agreement but we are not a Sponsor for overseas applicants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
