Job Description

Rural & Lifestyle Roles across Scotland (Pub Classics to Rosette Dining). Salaries up to £41k + TRONC (dependent on roles and experience).

We're recruiting Live In Sous Chefs for a range of kitchens from busy, quality pub food to destination dining at AA Rosette / Michelin level standards.

If you're an experienced Senior Chef De Partie looking to push on in your career or a solid Sous Chef looking for your next kitchen, we would love to hear from you.

From lifestyle roles in beautiful locations to potentially career defining fine dining challenges, we have opportunities across Scotland.

What you could be stepping into:
  • Live in / accommodation available
  • Great pay + TRONC (varies by site - salary & hourly options)
  • 45 hours in many roles, with structured, well run kitchens
  • Opportunities spanning high volume service, fresh food, seasonal menus, and craft led cooking (think: butchery, preservation, produce led plates)
  • Real responsibility: leading service, training juniors, shaping standards & consistency
