Key Responsibilities

Create, prepare and cook innovative modern and traditional British dishes for our daily changing menus, fine-dining tasting menus, and private events
Oversee and motivate a brigade of seven chefs, supporting their training and development
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Work closely with the Head Chef to design seasonal dishes using produce from our kitchen garden, paddock, and trusted local suppliers
Manage stock control, ordering, and costings to meet GP targets
Ensure smooth service during busy periods and maintain excellent communication with front-of-house staff

About You

A positive, passionate chef with a love of fresh, local ingredients
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Strong understanding of modern British cuisine and fine-dining standards
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, award-winning environment

Location & Requirements

Live-out role - you must live locally and have your own transport
