Six by Nico is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in leading a busy kitchen and delivering consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. With menus changing every six weeks, you will develop skills across different cooking styles and mentor the team.

You will uphold food safety, maintain high standards, and contribute to a culture of excellence across UK sites. The role offers opportunities to travel across Six by Nico sites in the UK and Ireland.
