Sous Chef: Lead the Line, Flexible Hours & Perks

Marston's PLC is looking for a Sous Chef to join our pub kitchen team. You'll be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up when they're not on shift, and ensuring hot, quality dishes reach the pass every time.

You'll bring branded experience or be an experienced Commis Chef, assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen, run the line during service, and help develop the team's skills while upholding the highest standards of food and service.
