Sous Chef: Lead the Line & Elevate Our Kitchen

Marston's PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at a busy pub environment in the United Kingdom. You will be second in command to the Head Chef, stepping up during shifts to ensure hot, high-quality dishes are presented to the pass with pride.

You'll support the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen, run the line during service, and lead a skilled team while maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
