Sous Chef: Lead Kitchen Team & Craft High-Quality Dishes

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Sous Chef to support the smooth running of our busy kitchen. You will lead the team, train staff and ensure high standards, working with the Head Chef to deliver quality dishes.

In a high-volume environment across our 65 parks, you'll manage stock, budgets, and food costs, uphold safety standards, and step in as senior kitchen lead when the Head Chef is off-shift.
