Sous Chef: Lead Kitchen for Historic Estate Events

Restaurant Associates at Hatfield House is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food across Coach House Kitchen, Old Palace, and Riding School venues. You will help manage kitchen operations, mentor a team, and ensure food safety and guest satisfaction during daily service and special events.

The role offers a structured schedule, 5 days out of 7, with 40 hours per week and overtime payable beyond 40 hours.
