Sous Chef: Lead a Growing Coastal Boutique Kitchen

Coastal Boutique Hotel in Cornwall is seeking a Sous Chef to join a newly evolving kitchen as part of a major investment. Working under the Head Chef, you will help shape a Mediterranean influenced menu for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, weddings and private events.

You will mentor the brigade, drive food quality and safety (HACCP), and take responsibility in the Head Chef's absence, with access to a brand new kitchen and an ambitious future for the hotel.
