Sous Chef: Banqueting & Events Lead

Clermont Hotel Group is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and manage the kitchen team at a four star property by the Thames. You will organise tasks, uphold quality, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests.

You will mentor junior staff, maintain high standards of food safety, and lead hands on cooking across all service areas including banqueting and special events. The role incorporates diverse meals and shifts.
