The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience as a Sous Chef within a high-quality restaurant, hotel or gastro-led operation

  • Enjoys working with fresh ingredients and cooking from scratch

  • Is confident supporting and developing junior chefs
