- Have extensive experience working in of cuisines.
- Have responsibility for ensuring the brigade complies with all health & safety and food safety policies and procedures.
- Being alert for opportunities to improve the profitability of the department, through controlling wastage and maintaining effective control regarding GP and staff.
- Show your passion for learning and developing new skills, and encouraging others to help them grow.
- Monthly sessions for all the team to experience from massages, yoga, pottery painting and much more.
