Based on the stunning shores of the West Coast of Scotland, our client is looking for a Sous Chef who's passionate about fresh ingredients, coastal flavours and creating consistently great dishes. You'll work closely with their Head Chef to deliver memorable dining experiences in a supportive, well organised and genuinely enjoyable environment.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Preparing and presenting high quality seafood dishes
• Leading the team when the Head Chef is off perfecting their golf swing
• Keeping standards high and consistency spot on
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene compliance
• Assisting with stock control, ordering and waste reduction
• Contributing ideas to seasonal menu development
• Helping build a positive, motivated kitchen culture

• Must have the legal right to live and work in the UK

Requirements What they're looking for

• Experienced Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
• Passion for fish, seafood and coastal cooking
• Calm, organised and reliable under pressure
