Working with the kitchen team exclusively for the newly opened brasserie. This latest addition to the already superb dining experiences available throughout the resort will bring a touch of France to rural Perthshire. The venue will offer an elegant yet high-tempo dining experience throughout the day and service will blend seamlessly from breakfast through to lunch and an on to an evening dining experience.

Expectations:

Our client is looking for a highly motivated, hands-on and creative Sous Chef who can lead from the front and support the Head Chef. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef who likes to work with top produce and be part of a winning team.

The Perfect Candidate Will Have:

• Experience within either 5 Hotel or a high-end quality Brasserie or dining experience is essential. You will be creative and highly organised with a career that demonstrates a good track record of progression and stability within the roles you have held.
