An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join a high end hospitality venue in the Oxfordshire countryside. This is a fast paced, quality driven kitchen offering an exceptional dining experience with a strong focus on fresh ingredients, creativity, and high standards.

The successful Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen, helping to lead and motivate the brigade while maintaining consistency, quality, and excellent service standards.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within a quality led kitchen
• Be passionate about fresh food and presentation
• Thrive in a busy service environment
• Have strong leadership and organisational skills
• Be reliable, hands on, and driven
