Role Overview

Working for the region's premium Hotel & Country Inn group, you will be tasked with working alongside the group Exec chef to support the talented kitchens throughout the region, covering holidays, occasional shortages and events. This is a very rewarding position for the right forward thinking head chef.

Qualifications

• A proven fresh food led background, ideally to a Rosette standard, be it Gastro, Restaurant or Hotel
• The position is ideally for an established sous chef with a proven management history
• A desire to innovate & create, and be excited by local seasonal products
• A sound understanding of kitchen management
• Being mobile is a must due to location and nature of the position, no company car included - Yet!
