Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to work within the brigade of chefs, delivering amazing quality dishes using local organic produce, including award winning meats and cheeses fresh from their own Estate Farm.

The Place

Our client is a luxury estate with multiple outlets in Chichester. This role is for their grill and bistro restaurant with great service where the food takes inspiration from their surroundings, creating a unique dining experience.

The Person
  • A strong track record working as a Sous Chef in a high quality fresh food setting
  • Rosette experience preferable
  • Experience of working with fresh produce and a passion for the best locally sourced ingredients
  • Ability to work within a team and lead in the Head chef's absence
  • Positive attitude and passion for the industry
  • Due to the rural location, having your own reliable transport is essential
