SouChef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Stroud area of Gloucestershire for a Sous Chef to work in their award winning Restaurant and Bar. As part of a dedicated brigade you will assist the Head Chef in serving fresh food for the guests in the fine dining restaurant, bar and functions/celebrations. The Head Chef is looking for a strong no2 who can lead the brigade in his absence.

- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the hotel kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service and weddings/celebrations
- Strong Management skills
- You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Junior Sous wanting to move up
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working in a busy AA rosette standard Kitchens
- Positive Personality and pro active work skills
