Job Description
Service Opening Hours Overview 
- Restaurant service: 12:00pm - 9:00pm (full kitchen & grill)
- Café service: 12:00pm - 6:00pm (simpler menu: rolls, light dishes, bakes)
- Sunday: 9:00am - 3:00pm (breakfast / light lunch service)
- Closed: Wednesdays
Monday: 3:00pm - 10:00pm
Tuesday: 11:00am - 7:00pm
Wednesday & Thursday - OFF
Friday: 11:00am - 10:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am - 10:00pm
Sunday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
1 hour unpaid lunch break per day, possibility for extra overtime hours.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the Chef with food prep and cooking
- Assisting during service in the kitchen
- Helping maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
- Basic front-of-house or site assistance when required
- Stock handling and general kitchen duties
- Being flexible and supportive during busy periods
