Job Description
Service Opening Hours Overview
  • Restaurant service: 12:00pm - 9:00pm (full kitchen & grill)
  • Café service: 12:00pm - 6:00pm (simpler menu: rolls, light dishes, bakes)
  • Sunday: 9:00am - 3:00pm (breakfast / light lunch service)
  • Closed: Wednesdays
Your Typical Hours of Work

Monday: 3:00pm - 10:00pm

Tuesday: 11:00am - 7:00pm

Wednesday & Thursday - OFF

Friday: 11:00am - 10:00pm

Saturday: 11:00am - 10:00pm

Sunday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

1 hour unpaid lunch break per day, possibility for extra overtime hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Chef with food prep and cooking
  • Assisting during service in the kitchen
  • Helping maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
  • Basic front-of-house or site assistance when required
  • Stock handling and general kitchen duties
  • Being flexible and supportive during busy periods
