Position

Our client has a Sous Chef job at a four-star hotel in Co. Cork. This is the ideal opening for a Sous Chef ready to step up to the challenge of delivering excellence at volume.

Responsibilities

As a Sous Chef, you will join an established team led by a highly experienced head chef, collaborate, and help shape the kitchen's future.

Qualifications
  • Experience at least at the level of Senior Chef de Partie in similar establishments, four-star and above.
  • Experience as a Sous Chef is highly desirable.
  • Experience in banqueting, HACCP knowledge, and working within a budget.
  • Ability to run the kitchen without a Head Chef.
  • Passion for mentoring the kitchen team.
