Sous Chef

We are looking for highly motivated sous chef with experience being essential to work alongside our award winning team at The Fishmarket Newhaven, Edinburgh to provide our valued customers with an outstanding dining experience.

Our seafood restaurant and fish & chip takeaway (which overlooks Newhaven Harbour) provides customers with the freshest of seafood, responsibly sourced from sustainable stocks, whilst following all the current Covid19 rules and regulations.

Staff are expected to be professional, responsible and have excellent time keeping as well as inter-personal skills.
