About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at ROKA Charlotte Street. As a key member of the kitchen leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and seamless guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage the kitchen when the head chef is away.
• Train, coach and develop our Junior Chefs.

Qualifications / What You Should Bring

• A genuine love for hospitality, with a passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences.
• Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a high volume restaurant environment.
