Sous Chef

Berkeley Scott are partnering with an award winning Hotel based near Wrexham, who are looking for a Sous. Based in a stunning location and working alongside a small team of Chefs (4)

40 hour week.

What we're looking for in the perfect Sous Chef

Someone who has the ability to put their 'Stamp' on a restaurant. They are willing to invest in you - Help your growth and development within the company and give you the freedom to put your stamp on the restaurant alongside the (New) Head chef).

Salary will be determined by experience.
