Sous Chef £40,000 per annum + monthly service charge payment

The Role

We are seeking a driven and talented Sous Chef, ideally with a 3 rosette background, to help AG's Restaurant and support our Reflections Restaurant teams in achieving their goals.

You will have the drive, determination and skills to help the Head Chef achieve 3 Rosette standard for our AG's Restaurant and 2 Rosette standard for our Reflections Restaurant.

This is an opportunity to join our new Executive Chef and be part of a kitchen team with genuine ambition, where creativity, precision, and consistency are at the heart of everything we do.

• Support the Head Chef in delivering food to a 3 Rosette standard using fresh local produce and seasonal ingredients.
• Lead and inspire the team in day to day service.
• Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, organisation and consistency.
• Contribute to menu development and innovations.
• Drive, training, develop and coach the team to success.
• Working 5 shifts per week 45 hrs per week

About You

• Proven experience in 2 3 Rosette or Michelin level kitchens
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure with strong leadership skills.
• Passion for seasonal, high quality ingredients.
• Ambition to be part of a team pushing for accolades.
