As Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure the smooth running and culinary excellence of the kitchen. This role is ideal for a strong Senior Chef de Partie or established Sous Chef looking to take the next step in a busy, high-quality hotel environment.

What You'll Be Doing:- Support the Head Chef in the day to day running of kitchen operations
- Oversee kitchen sections to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Prepare and cook dishes to specification, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation
- Uphold impeccable hygiene standards and strictly follow all food safety regulations
- Train, support, and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction
- Ensure high standards are maintained across all services
- Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a quality restaurant or hotel environment
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passion for food, particularly Scottish produce and seasonal ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced kitchen
- Excellent communication and a strong team focused attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
