Sous Chef

Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at our client based in the North Nottingham area for a Sous Chef to work in their busy Hotel which has a busy brasserie stryle restaurant alongside afternoon teas and banqueting. You will work under the guidance of a talented and experienced Head Chef. The role can offer straight shifts with a 40 hour week and 3 nights off per week.

• Running and managing the hotel restaurant kitchen alongside Head Chef
• Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
• Preparing meals using fresh produce
• Kitchen Management duties in chefs absence

• You will already be a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous
• Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
• Experience of working in Hotels/Restaurants
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
• Steady Career History
