A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this Hotel in the Reading area for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving food for the restaurant along with wedings and parties. You will be a talented Sous Chef looking to work with quality ingredients in a busy kitchen. The role is 45 hours per week with mainly straight shifts. Live in can be provided if needed.

The Role

• Reporting to the Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
• Preparing meals for beakfats, lunch and dinner service.
• Serving Modern British Menu using all fresh ingredients
• Strong Management skills

The Person

• You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
• Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
• Have experience of working in a hotel using fresh ingredients.
• Ambitious and career orientated
