As our Sous Chef, you will play a key role in leading and developing our kitchen team, ensuring the delivery of a consistently smooth and impeccable service. Collaborating closely with our Head Chef, you will bring your expertise and passion for food to the forefront, driving excellence in every dish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team to uphold our high standards of culinary excellence.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop innovative menus that delight our guests.
• Ensure efficient kitchen operations by maintaining impeccable organisational skills.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement within the kitchen.
• Uphold a deep understanding of food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance at all times.
• Contribute to the training and development of kitchen staff, nurturing talent within the team.
• Act as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and creativity in the kitchen environment.

What You Need

• Previous experience in a similar culinary role, demonstrating your ability to excel in a fast paced kitchen environment.
• A genuine passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring every dish meets our exacting standards.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, essential for seamless kitchen operations.
