They plan and implement the Mobil Cook, supervise the production of sandwiches and salads buffets, and are responsible for hygiene, quality, and maintenance. They also manage orders and inventories. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with some exceptional evening interventions.Profile soughtWe are looking for someone with confirmed experience in collective catering, ideally with Eldora, with recognized and structured management skills. The person must be well-presented, discreet, and capable of collaborating with other chefs and support services. A global view of the activity, a sense of teamwork, and a collective spirit are essential.
