At Rosas Thai, weve come a long way since our founders, Saiphin and Alex, opened their first restaurant back in 2006. They couldnt afford a new sign at their East End café so they kept the old name over the door. Rosas Café was reborn, and a new chapter of Thai food in the UK began.
