Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food production and maintaining a smooth workflow. If you have a passion for culinary arts, strong leadership skills, and a desire to create exceptional dining experiences, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing menu items - Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards - Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques - Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices are followed - Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines Experience: - Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Sous Chef or similar position - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology - Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices Join our team of passionate culinary professionals and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
